ROCHELLE BAXTER

Rochelle is an in-demand personal trainer and running coach who has helped many people accomplish their goals.
She is certified with AFAA, FitforBirth, and is UESCA certified running coach.
At 41 years old, Rochelle has overcome one of her biggest struggles, alcoholism. Rochelle struggled for six years of her life and is now 15 years sober. At only ten months sober, Rochelle completed a full Ironman triathlon. Rochelle states, “That race saved my life.” After becoming sober, Rochelle caught the eye of Under Armour and became an ambassador working for them for four years. She also caught the eye of “The Biggest Loser’s” trainer, Dolvett Quince through her Instagram. This led Rochelle to become the founding trainer for the App known as Aaptiv.
She truly believes finding the right healthy balance in life is the most important thing you can do for yourself. Rochelle’s training and coaching is unique because she combines the practice of being an athlete, having a full time job, being a parent and finding a healthy balance. She will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
