Morning Stretch
EA Fitness stretching classes have been specifically designed to address one of the most common health issues today, Low Back Pain! They are designed to offer the same benefit as yoga with the primary emphasis on establishing Hip and Thoracic Spine mobility while working to establish stability in the Lumbar Spine. Participants will learn the importance of exercise sequencing, and knowledge of muscular function relative to postural alignment. By integrating Self-Myofascial Release Technique (foam rollers), into the stretch you will gradually increase your Range of Motion as well as decreasing Injury Potential and Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).
